      Pros

      AWS is a great opportunity to start your Cloud journey. It is, in my opinion, the best cloud in the market with a lot of services that suits almost all the possible necessities you may have. Amazon has a great culture and all the Amazonians are humble and willing to help.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is really hard to get a balance between your daily life and your work. As an Intern, you don't have full access to the company benefits although you have most of them.

      Salary. This is a prestige operation. They know they don’t need to pay well. They employ smart people who stick around for a couple of years before taking their skills elsewhere. The Amazon shadow is long. AWS needs to go it alone to maximize their potential.
