Pros

Amazon's Career Choice program will pay for you to go to school to get your Bachelor's Degree in many different fields. They've made deals with schools to ensure their associates can do online classes and you can work with your managers on a schedule that allows you to go to school.

Cons

This company will take whatever you give them and make no apologizes for it. Work life balance is a joke and you have to set your own boundaries. No one will do it for you. Office politics plays a big part in whether you can get promoted or not. You will never get promoted from doing your job well. You have to go above and beyond what they call your "standard work" to prove and the way will always be less than what they would pay someone getting hired from outside the company.
