Pros

You meet and are given opportunities to travel while growing your knowledge in industrial hygiene and environment. They work with you on improving where you may lack but you have to know who and where to go to inorder to get these opportunities.

Cons

It is a lot of work and sometimes you have to learn things that is out of your scope of work to go above and beyond for the customer. It can be a negative experience if you do not set boundaries on what you can achieve during your work hours. You will have to become a pro in time management to stay on track.
