Pros

Overall compensation is decent, not great. Looks great on resume for advancement outside

Cons

Managers are more focused on their own development and advancement, and don't care for those under them or their development. Production numbers will always trump safety, regardless of what the company front says Work life balance is horrible,

Pros

Diverse crew, good pay, good support.

Cons

Safety field is a constant battle. Corporate preaches safety but you’ll have to battle site level management to actually encourage standards of work over productivity.
