Pros

Amazon has a full benefits package and decent pay. TOM you learn how to operate hostler trucks and drive 53 footers in a yard setting without needing a CDL. TOM also pays to have you get your CDL to go OTR.

Cons

A ton of driving obviously, some buildings require you to drive much more than others due to volume.
