Pros

You are in control of your growth. There is a supportive managment team.

Cons

Watch what you inquire about and be careful about your topics of discussion. Human Resources is not on the side of the team member. It protects the company first. Don’t expect them to choose sides because the team member will always loose.

Good Pay, Toxic Culture

Pros

The pay is good, at a level where you can survive in Seattle

Cons

Diversity is non-existent in non-tech sphere, highly bureaucratic and dictatorial, not actually data driven, promotions given on basis of favoritism rather than achievement, internal non-tech transfers are slim pickings and usually already full when they're posted

Pros

Fast pace International culture Lead-your-own-career mindset Compensation is above average fr the supply-chain industry

Cons

Fast pace means you will feel lost multiple times, especially during your first months in the company. Office spaces are far from ideal. Experience is extremely team dependent and almost impossible to identify before joining
