I have overall 12yrs experience and its been 3.5 yrs with Amazon already, I feel its day 1. My skills and ideas are valued. Given equal opportunities at every stage of my career with amazon. Its peculiar/unique. work style is very independent, no micro management. Innovation on behalf of customers is the key to success. Couple of things top of my head (pros): 1) Various career opportunities in tech, non-tech and program management. 2) Every Employee is considered as an owner 3) Your skills and ideas are valued 4) Opportunity to upskill 5) HR and Sr.Management is employee friendly 6) Best compensation when compared with tier1 companies

Start-up culture, plenty of things to be done, ruthless prioritization, huge whitespaces in almost all areas, objective assessment criteria for projects and staff
