Pros

My team is great. Flexible hours. Work life balance. Wonderful manager. Ability to work from home. Team activity every once in a while. Most team members help each other out when help is needed.

Cons

My team is great. Some other teams are not so good. Normal cons for a big software company. Sometimes on call on weekends (during the day, once or twice a month).

Pros

Easy to learn environments, people are aggressively smart, and there are awesome, large scale, systems to work on.

Cons

A lot of teams don't have their heads around what they really want to accomplish. A lot of people get hired for their history of knowledge, and not their relevance of knowledge. A lot of interview questions are more trivia than actual day-to-day importance.
