Pros

Amazon is a place where you learn and do experiment. It's ok to fail and learn from failure is what I learned here. Every day feels like Day1 and you would never realize how fast time fly.

Cons

There are some cons too, if someone is focused then get addicted to the work culture and if not so focused get lost some where!

Highly skilled co-workers Coming up with new products everyday which makes you learn a lot of things that are completely out of the box solutions

Cons

Management bureaucracy No snacks or on campus food benefits compared to other competitive viz Google
