Pros

Very strong onboarding process and lots of information and content to absorb in the fiorst couple of weeks but this gives a good understanding of how Amazon operates and how it has gotten to where it is today.

Cons

Can feel overwhelming at first due to the sheer scale of the organisation. However, the people I have met so far have helped make me feel at ease.
