Pros

You work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Middle management does seem to care about you.

Cons

Executive level decisions have made it really hard to stay and seems like they are doing whatever they can to lower headcount. With measures such as 3+ days of RTO and now almost non-existent raises when getting promoted. Also growth is slow considering that we were told that from L4 to L5 it would take a minimum of 3 years considering we stay as high performers
