Pros

Pretty straightforward work Can be easy and tough at the same time Provides work equipment for free (gloves, vests, etc.) Dental and medical insurance

Cons

No set work hours (You leave when you're finished, even if it's not your "scheduled" time yet) Can feel like you're doing way more than you get paid to do. It's a warehouse so work conditions aren't the best. (In the summer you will be dripping sweat, in the winter you will be freezing cold) They'll either have too many employees, forcing you to leave early, or WAY too little, making you have 2-3x the regular amount of work. No paid vacation for part-time employees. Ask about your benefits before you start. No union, so you can be fired for a stupid reason, a manager will definitely keep their job over yours, even if they were wrong. No direct way to actually get in contact with the warehouse/people you work with.
