Weekly pay. Voluntary time off (VTO) and voluntary extra time (VET) opportunities. Work equipment provided for free. Flexible for school purposes.

Cons

Hard labor on the body. They depend on scan rates of 150 packages or higher or your out of the job / penalized. Unsafe environment with packages being stacked incorrectly on pallets. 10 minute break. Not paid enough for the work required. No paid bereavement time off unless your a blue badge employee ( permanent).

Pros

500 year healthcare pay (AFTER CONVERTION TO Part time permanant) Discount of UPTO 100 dollar only 10% at a time on amazon products only 6 paid holidays after convertion as Required by law You can give feed back on managers But what is done with it is unknown

Cons

They will cut your pay suddendly and HR will say that they "Do Not need to provide you with information as to why." you will be over worked for the same rate of pay you are expected to scan 150 packages an hour and if you get below you will get written up following the rules as you have been told does not excuse system faulures they will blaim you even after finding the error was due to system falure There are no hand books for procedures to learn from but you are expected to learn as you go training is limited and tends to only cover the basic motions but not what is expected of you Getting promotions is very difficult and Not based on schooling Dispite having a set calander with chances to win raffles they Never Get done. Management will allow others to do less work and require more from hard worker and even belittle you if you are not going above and beyond THERE IS NO ON SITE HR all calls are directed out of state then brought round to regonal HR and they often Ignore emails and if you have pay issues they attempt to underpay
