Pros

Must enter five words, lol.

Cons

So they keep pushing associates to do more because they want to increase volume all the time. But then they hire morons with bad attitudes and provide piss-poor training and then they wonder why people are walking out. What's more, just to get hired the process takes a month or longer, and prior to my getting hired the process used to be even worse. Before I was trying to get a warehouse job to escape retail and when I applied they gave me a position similar to an Instacart Shopper. WTF, I didn't ask for that. Screw this company. From what I hear, DMI3 used to be a chill warehouse but then due to the minimum wage increase they've become really anal and they only hire illegals. The warehouse is so hot that just standing perfectly still you'll have a pool of sweat forming.

Pros

VTO, Dental & Eye care insurance

Cons

Working as a Tier 1 associate at a warehouse is 100% emotionally and physically draining. I worked at the sortation warehouse and you come in and do the same, exact thing every single day like a robot. They don't want you to talk to other employees for more than 15 seconds like you're in jail and all they care about is numbers. They clock your scan rate and bug you constantly about your scan rate. I have everything about it and I've been there for almost a year. Your sanity isn't worth the $15/hr
