Pros

Interesting fun techy work lots of scale smart enjoyable coworkers

Cons

There are more Cons than pros. Management is toxic. The work can be fun but managers are pushed by the higher up to micromanage and push and backstab. You still be attacked for doing good things. For example: one of my colleague fought to make development process better and he was attacked for it when things were taking longer then expected even though the work helped the team tremendously. This CEO (Andy Gassy) is the worst CEO i have worked for. He does not care about his employees. From employing people for remote roles, then focing 3 day RTO (which impacted people who bought homes far from work location), then switching to 5 day RTO while wanting engineers to stay longer at work. Then the constant layoffs with little to no communication. They way this company handles layoffs is evil. You are treated like a criminal. Difficult to be promoted Little to no days off (only major holidays)
