Pros

Get to work with some great people day to day (mostly team members and manger; higher than that is questionable).

Cons

Leadership is so focused on the stock price that employees are nothing but an operating expense to them. Performance and tenure mean nothing - you could still be laid off at the tip of a hat.

Cut throat culture around annual review time. A lot of decisions coming from up the chain without explanation or rationale behind it. You are disposable just a resource not a person
