Learned a lot Worked with super smart people Made a lot more money than before Kinda easy to get a job at since they're hiring like nuts Potential for promotion

Cons

Work/life balance is rough, seemingly across all teams (although some variation amongst teams) 401k match is almost nonexistent. No free food. Parking costs a lot. Other companies pay more (and some pay less too)
