You learn a lot and there's a big culture of making everything a learning experience. Plus you work on high-impact projects.

Cons

The company is not honest: they will tell you they care about mental health, etc. but at the end of the day they only care about their bottom line. Unless you are lucky to have a good, supportive, manager, your WLB and overall life will be horrible.
