Pros

Salary is good , although stock distribution is flawed

Cons

Work environment is toxic You'd be mentally depressed all the time You'll regularly be compared to your teammates and subtly forced to work harder Technology is all inhouse so you'll need to learn so many unnecessary things The pace is unbelievable , you'll have to put nights and weekends if you want to perform, otherwise you can end up in PIP You cannot decide the hours for sprint , if you want to take extra and work on a project at your pace , your manager will force you to do project at his timeline . You'll be monitored all the time, I took 3 leaves in a quarter and It was pointed out and I was asked to take lesser leaves ( 😵‍💫 ). You won't require a work life balance because you won't have any life after you join here. So , don't.
