- Great benefits, salary, and experience working on technologies at scale with opportunities for technical design

Cons

- Work style, WLB, and everything else highly depends on what team you're in which you do not get to choose - Fully remote work is NOT an option, it is required to come in at LEAST 3 days a week, sometimes more depending on the team. This is a major downside of working at Amazon
