Pros

Good for parental stuff Decent ISH benefits Allow you some time to prepare with training at the start and phase you into cases

Cons

Training is poor, doesn't really properly prepare you for what you get The job is constantly changing, you can be thrown into calls with people across the world which can be good but also can be frustrating as they are very bad at communicating changes. It happens and you just get on with it. Time management system has been changed and it's absolutely terrible, no more option to build shifts, way harder to book time off, it's always a scramble to get the days you want off. Doesn't seem to be any good progression path here, most people climbing up do everything by the book, to a tee and do a lot of kissing up Expected to work Xmas week unless you're lucky and manage to book off Massive lack of any team spirit, infrequent team meetings means morale can be a bit low Underpaid for what you do - the job can be very complicated Dual chats have been implemented, which means having 2 sellers chatting with you at the same time, this is very difficult to do if the 2 issues are both hard

WFH feasibility, good salary structure, great values, very supportive workforce.

Cons

Hard to move vertically. Very few entry level roles. Management is sometimes messy.
