This job role has become a pressure cooker with very slow growth

1. Good salary for experienced people. 2. Work from home. 3. Flexibility. 4. Various other priviledges (eg. Gifts, food card, leaves etc.) 5. Amazon as a brand.
Cons
1. Very slow growth (Do not expect anything before 4-5 years even if your performance is really good). 2. Unsupportive Management. They will constantly put you in performance improvement plans even if your performance is good to slow down your growth in the company. 3. Incompetent managers. At any point of time you have more knowledge than your manager. Managers do not even understand the work you do and will punish you for things which are not even your fault. 4. Monotonous work. You basically have to type the same script for 50 times a day. And if there is a typo, next day you will be on a performance improvement plan. 5. You are too small when compared to the hugeness of the company. As a result no one really considers you important. 6. Too much pressure always as the management constantly demands perfection. You are forced to resolve all concerns on a single email. That is impossible because most times seller requests are annoying and make no sense. If the seller reopens, get ready for performance improvement plans. 7. As an employee your morale is going to be down always. This is because you are constantly warned and threatened of being fired even for the simplest of things which don't even have a negative impact.
