Pros

Work tasks are always rotating with all of the features Amazon offers like Business Buying, VAT etc Access to Chat groups for skills to get help Opportunities to progress

Cons

Fighting for Christmas Vacation allowances Trying to find opportunities to grow as Account Managers and being told by L5 Managers where your place is as an associate handling incoming cases. Searching job openings to find they have been assigned to newer opened offices in other countries. Asking straightforward personal questions like ‘can I have this approved as an exception?’ and being responded to with theory speech like ‘we review the capacity to ensure maximum coverage and need to reach out and create a focus group to gauge engagement’
