Pros

Working from home which is great

Cons

- They states "customer obsession" is one of their leadership principles, however I would see it more like "money obsession". - Lot of pressure on employees, always new policies that are good for the company and not for the employees. - 20 minutes a week of personal time, meaning you have to use these 20 minutes if you have to go to the toilet or, you can go during your small brakes.. - there are always issues with the softwares and it takes ages to fix them..meaning you have to work on multiple cases at the same time. - They are obsessed with metrics and they put too much pressure to get always the best scores, however not much is done to thank the employees to make the hard work and to make them reach their goals. - career opportunities if you are lucky..for career advancement, meritocracy is not the first thing to be considered. Often, in reality, certain people move up out of friendliness, perhaps not being as well prepared as others. - They talk a lot about work/life balance, however it's just conversations...
