Cons

Sometimes growth is stagnant and one might not able to move forward to next roles unless there are IJPs and if so, then mostly there will be a lot of competition Compensation can be on lower side in comparison to Market

Pros

Amazon wants to know your opinion from day one. They value your fresh eyes for a new approach if direction. You're able to take on projects quickly.

Cons

Promotion process - it's a horror story. Leadership is often poor, and unless you agree to bad ideas you won't get the buy in for a promotion. It's based off who likes you and less on work.
