Nice office, infrastructure is great. But thats not all !

Cons

Demotivating, no work life balance, favoritism, worst culture . Ego filled management. Misleading job role.

Pros

Amazon is a great place to work. Not much work pressure. Pick up and drop facility. No politics.

Cons

24x7 shift, but it rotates every three months; if u r okay with it. then its a great place to work.

Pros

You join as L3 employee and can get shares upon promoting to L4, Amazon shares are very valuable Provide Cab Facility and other Shift,OT allowances and No dress code

Cons

Not much learning, And it's a career stagment if you could not get a promotion by 1-2 years I would suggest to check once on Quora to understand how bad this job could make you land in if you are a Engineering grad!
