Pros

Pros No dress code (you can wear whatever you are comfortable with unless it doesn’t distract others in the office) :p Base pay (Amazon has the concept of base pay over CTC unlike other companies. So except for PF, there would not be many deductions) Wi-Fi (we have access to free wi-fi right from the very first day. We are free to access any website, even YouTube, unlike in other companies. Its just that we don’t have enough time) :p Free two way transport for all the employees no matter what shift they work in (Amazon does not charge its employees for two way transport unlike many companies. If you do not utilize the company transport, it pays you rupees 4000 every month along with the salary)

Cons

Break times are really stringent feels like youre in jail sometimes.
