Micro Management

Pros

good salary and company had good infrastructure.

Cons

Leadership team plays a very important role while working at Amazon. The beginning 1.5 years of employment was amazing but then the leadership changed and the micro management began. the upper management created a call center environment. too much work pressure put upon by the managers, penalized on small mistakes, no options to pick a shift, forced to work nights for 9 out of 12 months in a year. Became a horrible nightmare towards the end and I quit.
