Pros

Challenging selection process, focuses on problem solving skills and alignment with leadership principles. Very organized onboarding, with a detailed plan of what should be studied in the first 3 months.

Cons

Lack of transparency regarding remuneration, which is only informed after approval in the process, which in my case took 45 days.

Pros

Salary, Flexible work schedule, work from home options.

Cons

A year feels like several years of information and you have to cram for a test that is forever changing, Team was too busy to give good one on one help. High workload
