Pros

Fast hiring process, and the trainers were nice and professional.

Cons

You will be assigned mandatory overtime. If your feet have not yet adjusted to standing for almost 12 hours, or you’re switching to working overnight shifts, the mandatory overtime is killer. But it is decent money.

Pros

Private Health Care perks, shifts are 10hrs /4 days a week

Cons

The list is very long, from an employee perspective, don't expect they care for you. Each year they reduce the budget. Always a day to day workplace, never forward thinking. Its a mess that struggles to think long term. If you want to step into management the career growth is terrible. I would advise to apply and come into the company as a manager rather than work your way up or else you'll be stuck for 5 years waiting due to corruption in the process.
