      Amazon is one of the fastest growing companies in the whole world. The opportunities and challenges are very unique. That's what make it peculiar. One learn new things every day and challenge himself/herself everyday.

      Cons

      Yes this space is chaotic in some areas, so if you like to work at an organized space, then this is not a good fit for you. However, if you are a person who is ready roll up your sleeves and fix things to bring to order then this is your space.

      Focus on getting stuff done, regardless of your role. I had more opportunity to change teams and roles at Amazon than a previous large tech company.

      Cons

      Things do move fast and change often. Compensation package is focused on 5 years, after that point its much less compelling.
