A lot of benefits come with the job with health and pay good hours

Over worked and fired even if you do what you have to do if your tired and off station too much you will get fired no matter if your time is where it’s suppose to be

Its pretty simple and the 4 day work schedule is a plus, while also paying higher than other lower wage jobs.

Cons

Its simplicity does make it boring after a while, and depending on management and coworkers, it can make or break your time working there.
