Pros

Seniors are incredibly talented and you’ll learn a lot working with them

Cons

If you’re on a dead-end or low impact project, your career growth is limited. Worse so if you’re working with managers who aren’t capable of assessing the state of what you’re working on in the first place and have backwards ideas of how a team or project should work.
