Pros

Opportunity all over the place

Cons

Slow to ramp up. Company set up for people with little experience and requiring hand holding to get moving. Program Manager title is misleading, I'm a individual contributor - NOT leading a team of any sort. At this point of my career (>20 yrs), I'm looking at this as a learning experience, but can't see staying in this role for too long.
