Pros

Smart people, good compensation, innovative work, learn a lot really fast.

Cons

You get worked to the bone, most people have the personality and drive to put in the hours but that just eggs us all on. I have that feeling of college finals week where you forget to eat, don't do laundry or dishes, and are delirious.. most weeks of the year.
