Pros

Great company with good benefits and amazing schedules with some overtime ..for students and new comers it’s good to gain some warehouse experience.

Cons

Work life balances with shifts plus overtime but they kill your productivity. You have to be on your feet 12 hours and sometimes even more ..Amazon expects their workers to work like machine rather than human being ..No doubt it’s great company with good benefits but if you are ready to compromise and sacrifice your sleep and work life then it’s for you.not good for long term unless you want to make a career here ..managers supervisors will be watching you and tracking your movements you cnt stop and take rest ..washrooms are way too far and even if you take washroom break you will be questioned by higher management.Human resources is useless and not supportive .they don’t know what they are doing .some of them got to be hr luck by chance type .and have attitude issues
