Pros

- Good pay overall - Smart coworkers - The work does not completely suck. There are times where you grind, and times where it's chill.

Cons

- Few perks - If you aren't interested in the product you're working on, the work itself can feel quite boring. - Oncall can be unpleasant. - Mandated 3 days in office per week regardless of location relative to teammates.
