Pros

You have lots of hours and can easily pick up overtime. Coworkers are friendly. They have multiple breakrooms.

Cons

Breaks are very short and you may miss it by how long it takes to walk across the warehousr to the break room. They monitor your time off task. No air conditioning.

Pros

Great opportunity to gain experience in workplace health and safety, injury management, and employee wellness. The role allows you to work independently, build relationships across departments, build relationships across departments, and make a positive impact by associate engagement. Competitive pay, benefits, and career development opportunities are available for those looking to grow within amazon.

Cons

The role can be challenging when staffing levels are low, especially when one OMR is expected to support an entire site. Responsibilities may vary significantly between locations, and role expectations are not always communicated consistently. Work-life balance can be difficult during peak operational periods.
