Pros

Higher pay than Associates. Recognition from management

Cons

Bumping up tiers can cause you to be paid less than coworkers if a pay increase based on tenure is applied... longer hours to set up shift. Stress from rushing to get Associate rates and quality up.

Pros

It is very flexible, and the environment is usually good. I had work in 3 different stores and enjoyed it

Cons

Depending on the hours you work per month you may have or not priority to choose a shift, sometimes is difficult to get the shift hours you can’t want to work
