Pros

They have the flex option but once you are full-time it is hard to switch over to flex. They have zen boxes that help with anxiety.

Cons

The pay, I feel like amazon associates do more than the pay that they receive. Stowers are timed for bathroom breaks. Stowers don't have enough time to leave station for break, especially if they have to walk far. Stowers get penalized for TOT time but say for example, if you are on the East side and would like to get a bottle of water, you have a long walk back to the front of the North side where the water is located.
