Pros

Good place to learn about designs, technologies, testing and every detail that you'd need as a full stack developer

Cons

Poor work life balance. Due to meetings with stakeholders across different geographies and due to high work load, people work till late hours. Some teams also have 'on-call' system where you are made 'on-call' on a weekly rotation basis. During this time if there is any high severity issue in any of your service, you'll have to attend it anytime of the day. In some teams, it becomes very annoying due to high number of such issues.
