Pros
Really cool coworkers. No kidding, some of them super smart and inspiring. Community driven programs. If you're a curious and enthusiastic person, the world is really your oyster. The bar is always raising (which means you also get to do cool stuff)
Cons
Annoyingly fast paced, sometimes it feels like we don't like to just hit pause sometimes or slow down. Managers perspective is everything. Talent reviews are bs Promotion process is tiring - you have to write your own damn promo doc, after demonstrating it for more than year in most cases, sometimes 2-3 (yay) The bar is always raising (which means if you've been a top performer for consecutive years and then you take a slow year, you'll likely be considered "not meeting the bar")
