Pros

Great people, manageable workload. Lots of different spaces you can pivot into by switching teams High coding standards The spheres are actually a very nice workspace if you're in Seattle

Cons

Oncall load can be quite inconvenient depending on team size Perks aren't at the same tier as other big tech companies. No free food, cafeterias they have are overpriced garbage. Your experience depends entirely on your team. A bad manager will make you miserable. Management forcing AI where it doesn't need to be. Management prioritization causing easily forseeable issues New CEO pivoting away from 'Day 1' mentality Employees starting to be treated worse and worse
