Pros

As far as the actual work goes, it's pretty easy. It can get a little stressful at times but there's always someone who can help when needed. There is room for growth if you're willing to put in the work.

Cons

Upper management tends to enforce a lot of BS rules that just make the techs jobs harder and less efficient. Also, if you don't brown nose upper management and worship Amazon's 14 leadership principles like the holy bible, it's a lot harder to move up. The people that are less knowledgeable and just chat with the bosses all day to get out of doing real work tend to be the ones who get promoted. Not a good look.
