One in particular is an out and out bully who uses his physical size and demeaner to intimidate, or becomes very aggressive. Mostly you are a jambuster, then there is repetitive PM's that mostly just get signed off. You have to book 11hrs worth of work a shift which is impossible to be that accurate, but its a metric by the level 5's so you cannot fail, so we all just made up the times anyway to ensure bang on 11hrs was booked.
