Most diverse place I've ever worked at Everything looks fresh and recently updated (at least at Amazon Ads) Extremely focused on improving customers' experience Super interesting culture: flat, fast, transparent, collaborative Intelligent people around Ambitious Innovative: a lot of space to suggest new ways of doing Feels like a place I can stay for a long time, move internally and grow
Cons
Sometimes a bit impersonal, but totally understandable for the size of the company. It's not a company for people who would feel lonely. It's for people who have drive and look for what they need to change what they don't like or think that could be improved.
