Pros

Work culture is positive, excellent support from colleagues and management. Learning never stops here. Can venture into any vertical of the business and gain knowledge and experience. Decent pay structure. Applying amazon principles in everyday life makes you a better person overall.

Cons

Work life balance and health gets impacted most times. Perform or perish. Limited growth opportunities after a certain level. nothing different or better than any corporate world in terms of cons.

Pros

Salary, benefits (albeit not as good as some other tech companies/start ups). Surrounded by smart people. Challenging. If you can find the right team -- a great work life balance. Ability to work from home/flexible schedule.

Cons

A lot of your experience depends on your direct manager and peers. There are some corporate politics that aren't great, but the ability to move teams is quite easy in case you don't get along with your manager/peers.
