Pros

If you thinking to stick to a company for long term, amazon is great choice. You have option to move between teams and keep learning while you do that. You will work in dynamic workplace, where priorities keep changing, At best you will become aware of management tools which you can use in real life.

Cons

Competition is intense, while organization runs too many initiative to solve this. Work life balance is hard to achieve unless you know how to deal with corporate world - manage a lot - deliver what you expect to do - at d same time internal teams keeps re inventing themselves because of complex organization structure - It is too big for anyone to know everything.
