Pros

High paying role when compared to Customer Service. Decent colleagues A few good leaders.

Cons

This is specific to CXQO: Pathetic management. The staff here (in this department, irrespective of location) are treated as slaves! They like to micro-manage. There is no sense of boundaries here. They will call you on your day off because they need something from you (even if you do a complete handover). The process is trash! It's highly repetitive with zero learning at the end of the day. There is no room for improvement. Even if you suggest something, it takes ages for something to get implemented. You will often find yourself in night shifts (11-8), with the worst week off. There's no work life balance anyway, so you will have to kiss goodbye to your personal life. After all this work, you wont get rewarded - so what's the point? You're only going to get mediocre ratings and meager hike at the end. Did I tell you that this team has faced layoffs 3-4 times in the last few years? If you get an offer: SAVE YOURSELF. It's not worth it.
