Pros

This company is the worst company and has no pros working here except for decent pay for which they make you overwork the pay you are getting

Cons

Working at this company is a nightmare with worst managers and leadership. Terrible culture with poor work life balance and PIPs full of narcissist people.

Pros

Worked on large-scale distributed systems with opportunities to solve challenging engineering problems. Talented colleagues, strong ownership culture, and exposure to modern cloud technologies. Good learning environment for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems.

Cons

The pace can be demanding, and work-life balance may vary depending on the team and project timelines. Processes can sometimes feel complex, and priorities may change quickly.
